The Tiptonville Public Library has the Tennessee Electronic Library, free Wi-Fi, a computer lab with desktop computers and laptop computers with access to printers. We have a microfilm reader and printer, Early Literacy Computer Stations for children 2-8 years in our children's room, finger puppets for storytelling, a Genealogy room, a Tennessee history room, adult fiction and non-fiction books, children and youth fiction and non-fiction books, and reference books. We do copying and faxing for a nominal fee for the public.

Dental, medical, employment, mental health, substance abuse and social services to veterans.
Places homeless vets in permanent and supportive housing, free legal clinic, and additional services provided as needed.
