Please call or stop by the Legal Aid East Tennessee (LAET) office to apply for service in Johnson City, Tennessee. Legal Aid East Tennessee is a small publicly funded law firm with adequate resources to assist only 5-20% of the people in its service area who have legal problems and are eligible for its services. While LAET cannot help everyone, it does encourage everyone who may be eligible to call or visit its office. LAET is happy to determine what it can do to assist you when you call or stop by its office.

The Sullivan County Public Library System is located in beautiful Upper Northeast Tennessee.  We are headquartered in Blountville, with branches in Kingsport and Bluff City.

The Bristol Public Library proudly serves the unique city of Bristol, located in both Tennessee and Virginia. They aim to provide all citizens the best in library services in Tennessee and Virginia.  Additionally, the library has a broad selection of legal self-help, reference and legal forms books. If needed, the library staff can help locate these materials and other online resources. The Bristol Public Library has two locations for your convenience. The Main Library is in Bristol, Virginia, and the Avoca Branch is in Bristol, Tennessee.
