Programs currently include Adult Protective Services (APS) Homemaker, UCHRA Public Transportation Services, Home Modifications for the elderly, disabled and more.
Enhances quality of life for seniors and vulnerable adults by creating ways to meet the various needs of these individuals.
Provides assistance to seniors who wish to remain independent through access to mobility equipment (i.e. wheelchairs), independent living guides, household modifications, money management, technology usage, legal needs, and information for children taking care of their parents.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am-5:45pm
Thursday: 11:00am-7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-1:45pm

Please call before coming into the Gallatin office as Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands (LASMTC) may be able to help by phone or mail. LASMTC may also be able to come to the county where you live.
LASMTC only takes legal problems that a person cannot go to jail for. If you have a criminal case, you need to call the Public Defender’s office.
